The University Libraries
provide library support for students taking USU courses and degree programs
outside of Cache Valley. Students can
contact the library and receive assistance using a toll-free number, live chat,
and e-mail. We offer document delivery services, access to research databases
and full text sources, and research assistance. I am available to
work with your class via an in-class presentation, phone, web pages, e-mail, or
whatever method works best. Please contact Rob Morrison at 435-797-144 or robmor@cc.usu.edu if you have any questions
or want to discuss specific services.
Library services include:
In-class
presentations/discussion forums on using library services and research
strategies
Book loans from the
University Libraries collection
Journal article delivery
Access to library research
databases and full-text resources
Online tutorials and help
guides

Important note concerning the new library: the
move into the Merrill-Cazier Library has started and
will continue through the month of September. All collections and
services will be moving for the next seven weeks and there will be
delays in providing print books and journals. At times, some
materials will not be available until the move is complete. Please
plan accordingly, especially if your students will need document
delivery services during the first month of the semester; online
databases and full text resources will not be affected. Thank
you.
