The Computer Science department has five undergraduate degree emphases in which a student can obtain a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree. The Science, Information Systems, Digital Systems, and Bioinformatics emphases are designed in accordance with the ABET accreditation criteria for computer science degrees. The Information Technology option is designed in accordance with the ABET accreditation criteria for Information Technology and Systems degrees. The Science, Digital Systems, Information Systems, and Bioinformatics emphases are ABET-accredited.
